23 weeks!

I was 23 weeks on Wednesday!  Just look at Chrysanthemum popping out!  And notice that in mid-July I am wearing long sleeves…long live Scotland!

{No, we’re not really naming our daughter after a long-winded flower, but when Luke asked me if we were, I felt we needed to at least consider it.}

23 weeks

Evidently, I actually look pregnant now as I was assigned “special assistance” on our flight from Rome to London.  I think she was just trying to be nice, but I was a little offended at first because when she asked me if I was preggers, I thought she was implying I looked too far along to fly…that would be 36 weeks.  Come on.  I was relieved when it bumped me to the front of the line…Chrysanthemum got mega bonus points that day from us since we were hurrying to catch a connecting flight and being at the front of the plane was clutch.  What a good girl.  ;)

  1. You look way cute. And if you do name baby Chrysanthemum, she’ll love it. She’ll love the way it sounds when you say it, the way it looks on her birthday cake, and written on an envelope. Chrysanthemum. Chrysanthemum. Chrysanthemum. {Clearly, we love that book ;)}

    Nice, Sarah. Well played. ;) It’s waaaay better than being named after your grandmother.

  3. Nana Phyllis says:

    Looks like we started something!! Love the way you’re looking. Maybe if we were in France longer, I’d even get the hang of this crazy keyboard!!

    LOL

    First you were upset because you didnt look pregnant … now that you do :)

    I am so jealous of the Rome trip. I am a wee bit fraid of heights so the thought of flying across the ocent doesnt appeal to me.
