I think you're an amazingly accomplished young woman, and I'm very proud of you. I'm glad you're sticking to the no laptops 5-7 – I think that's a terrific idea and harder to implement than it sounds!

I am amazed how women/men can work from home. I can barely get the dishwasher unloaded without a drink request or a squeal from Ibie. You're a great time- manager, Em! Love your posts eventhough I don't find much time to comment!! Also loved meeting your fellow cheerleader, Amy, last night. Does Jay Z on headphones count as white noise to drown out sleep training newborn?

Shadley- I know, the 5-7 thing rocks! Josh and I used to get so snappy with each other and the kids. Now that we have our computers SHUT, there's little to distract us from being a family!
