Could it be that I am actually posting menus again?? Crazy! While home, I ran across some of my Cooking Light recipes I tore out 5 years ago. They are starring on this week’s menu because I am ready for some different meals! Bless Cooking Light for posting them all online.

Monday: Thai Beef Rolls, Thai sweet chili crisps, fresh veggies
- Tuesday: Butternut Squash Leek Soup, crusty bread, salad
- Wednesday: Smothered Pork Chops, herbed basmati rice, salad
- Thursday: Date Night
- Friday: Left-Overs
- Saturday: Italian Meatloaf, spaghetti and sauce
- Sunday: Traveling to the Lake District!
