Teaching Spanish to Preschoolers & Toddlers {miniLesson 12}

Don’t forget about my Elastic by the Yard Give-Away!

We are on holiday in the States, so I am offering quick snapshots of mini-lessons our families can still do to keep Spanish fresh in everyone’s minds!

el 16 de noveiembre

I think it would be fun to start talking about Thanksgiving with a craft.  Why not do the traditional draw-around-your-mano craft to make a turkey?  While you work on decorating the “pavo” review the colors you are using for the “plumas“: rojo, marrón, amarillo, anaranjado

Fear not- next week, we will learn how to say what we’re thankful for!

Vocabulario:

  • mano- hand
  • pavo- turkey
  • pluma- feather
  • rojo- red
  • marrón- brown
  • amarillo- yellow
  • anaranjado- orange
