Things I Love Thursday (SEEDS)

Okay- my partner in crime whom I’m not allowed to sit by in Bible study anymore friend, Kate, showed me the SEEDS Family Worship CDs a few months ago.  They are Scripture-memory songs, but are NOT cheesey, corney, irritating, childish, 1980′s or anything of the like.  In fact, they are crazy-creative, Scripture-based songs with word-driven graphics.  I would be shocked if you didn’t love them.  The best part is that when you order 1, they send you a 2nd one to share with a friend!  So, you can gift it, share it, or split the cost with a girlfriend (which is what we did).

Wait- there’s more!  Right now, they are having a 25% off sale and a free download (code UPHOLD25).

(anti-disclaimer: I am not being paid to advertise these- I just love them)

Check it out for yourself- be sure to watch and not just listen!

Make sure you check out more fab products at DiaperDiaries.

Emily, these are amazing! Kinetic text pieces can take up to 80 hours to build…crazy! I am so interested…will definitely check out the site and take advantage of the discount! The thing is, I make up songs to memorize scripture, because it’s the only way it sticks. These are way better than my off-key voice doodles! Thanks for thinking of me. Hope you are well.

    Blessings,
    Amy

Okay, I totally busted up at the first line (probably b/c Kate and I were discussing this and she told you) :) Two peas in a LOUD pod. That’s all I can say.

    BTW, these are fun videos!

I LOVE SEEDS! And, wanna know something a-maz-ing? You can listen to them for free on their website: http://www.seedsfamilyworship.net/media_listen.php

The girls and I listen to them every morning (for several hours ;) ).

  4. i absolutely love this. We have some of the Hermie and Firends Sripture songs, but those are geared more for kids. I could listen to these ones even without the kids in the car.
I wonder if it is too early to put things on our Xmas list…

Staci- we also have the Hermie and Friends- my husband grew up with some of those, I think. He always sings the “Have Patience” song- sadly, for me not the kids. :)

  10. Miss Mommy says:

They are so cool like that!!! Even giving you a second one for free is generous. Love it.

  11. Miss Mommy says:

Yes, 2 peas in a loud pod. ;)

  12. Miss Mommy says:

Amy- I thought of you immediately after hearing these- I thought they were amazing, too. I also have a terrible voice (not just off-key), so it saves me some embarrassment. :)

  13. How cool. I am heading over to the website to check that out. I am awful at scripture memory so I think this would really help.

  14. Miss Mommy says:

I really love them. So much so that I sent them my post just to say “you’re great!” and they’re going to do a give-away on my site soon. That’s a first for me! Anyway, I’ll be sure to let you know!! Nothing beats free. Well, maybe Jesus- but he’s free, too, right?
